I wasn't a new customer :-X but the discount has been taken off although they only accepted the £10 on its own - no mention of the 10%

Please can anyone out there help me? I wasn't quite quick enough. I have king size jacquard duvet cover and valance in Glacier soft blue, but only one pillow case. I've searched online, and been to all my local M&S stores but can't find that final pillow case. Could anybody find me one? It's style number T35/6041, I'd be forever grateful and of couse would reimburse cost and postage. I've even been to my closest M&S Outlet store, very disappointing. Very old stock, but they only knock off a few pounds per item. Sale goods are a much better bargain.

I'm afraid that in store they can only offer either an exchange or a refund in the form of Gift Vouchers. The only way to get a refund credited to your account would be to send the item/s back to ourselves.

Own Purchase

Return by Royal Mail using the Return Postage Paid label provided.

I also found some good bargains yesterday, but ordered 2 sizes of a couple of things as they're a gift and I didn't want to miss out.

I'll be returning the incorrect ones, so will let you know.

Also had a bit of a problem with the 10% discount -it said it was applied, then it said it wasn't, then I phoned customer services and they said it was, then the money was taken without it being applied, then customer services said it had been discounted.... :-/

Anyway, they're now sending me a cheque for the difference between what I should have paid and what I did pay. Also no questions about where the code was from

Will try to get some codes on later, but searching "sale" does wonders.

Missed out on the 10% EFAXZX code by one day. Bad news as I was intending to buy a bed and would have saved lots. Anyone know of a new code to replace this one? Thanks.

PS. I'm desperate as the 20% offer on beds ends on 9th Nov. Was hoping to save another 10%! What a cheapskate!

I returned a couple of items to my local store (the enormous one in Manchester city centre) last week and the customer service lady serving me had amazingly never done a refund on an internet order before.

Unfortunately the order summary from the parcel did not have any prices on and so she tried to refund me at the current sale prices - £7 less in total than I had paid. In the end she took my word for it about the amount I had paid but they appear to have no proper system in place for returning to stores so expect problems, and take some proof - e-mail confirmation ? - of the price you paid with you !
