My name is Charlotte and I am a MSE addict
Nearly every conversation I have, I mention this site, or talk about what I've read! I love it, its making me see money in a different light and I feel that I'm taking control of it, not it taking control of me!
Thank you Martin, and thank you all for making it happen
best wishes

I started coming here about 2 years ago and have never looked back. My OH thought i had an unhealthy obsession with this site till he had a look! He now shops regularly in TESCO using coupons etc and we have both sold so much on ebay.
We both sit here every night and both surf the site, he's on his fav forums and me in mine. We must look a right sight!
I have saved so much money, paid off so much debt, (last credit card yesterday) and feel so liberated because of it.

Thanks guys!!! am feeling rather better about ones self!! ( he he), however, my head is hurting so much from logging in here every evening. I go to bed and think about debt, I wake up thinking about debt....but thinking this is all good, cause now I actually WANT to deal with it!!!0

Hi Josie,
Your just a lightweight!!
I don't post a lot but probably log on here more times a day than I really have time for, but just find it so inspirational. Just looking at the ways people change their lifestyle to sort out their debt problems and the things they do to earn extra cash, (hope SS doesn't read this as he will probably come up with a saucy reply to my last statement!!).
It's amazing how much money you can save/earn without making to many drastic changes. Won't go into detail as I'll be here all night, but the little things really do make a difference.
Good luck on your DFW journey.0 -
A while ago when I was young
I wasted all my dough
For many years I spent and spent
Not knowing where to go
But then one day I came across
A link to MSE
I took a peek and read a lot
And thought thats it for me
The light went on and since that time
My debt is getting smaller
The tips support and help on here
Make me an often caller
Addicted yes I think I am
But know its for the best
Why struggle through without support
And end up bloody stressed0 -
I think internet addiction is a recognised "illness", although I don't do much on the internet apart from logging on here. I have just had a week off work and was banned from using the computer as once I am on I can be here for hours (literally), browsing MSE and seeing how others are dealing with their debts. It is the most addictive site I have ever come across and that is all down to the fabulous people on here, their generosity with their time and their wealth of knowledge.
Thanks to you all - you are making such a difference to a lot of people's future.YOUR = belonging to you (your coat); YOU'RE = you are (I hope you're ok)
really....it's not hard to understand :T0 -
