Hi there, Just looking for some advice really.I bought a Sony Ericsson W580i from Additons direct in october. After a few weeks the keypad buttons started to snap in half, searching on the internet I have found this is a common problem with this particular model so I decided to perservere with it.It now won't charge.I have tried several different Chargers and none of them work.I have also tested the charges on a different phone and they work fine.
I am just wondering what my rights are on returning the product?I have the invoice but i don't think I have the box any more.
Many Thanks

Hi
I bought my daughter the same model in september last year but through a different retailer. After around 6 weeks the keypad had started to disintegrate! I took it back and they said because I had bought it over a month ago, they couldnt replace it but would send it off for repair. Its since been back 3 times for different issues, but the keypad in particular, just isnt durable. It's inconvenient but I'm determined she will see the year out with this phone! Most phones come with a 1 year guarantee/warrantee so as long as you can provide proof of purchase, the box shouldn't be neccessary. Its worth taking it back and seeing what they can do.This ain't no technological breakdown..
Oh no, this is the road to hell.:(0
