You need people looking. As hardly anyone is selling on ebay, hardly anyone must be looking seriously.
www.housenetwork.co.uk is, IMO, the best way to sell a house on a budget. Board outside and coverage on www.rightmove.co.uk is essential IMO.

Selling privately hs always got to be better AND cheaper. Not sure bout eBay Though.0

Agree that housenetwork is fab. Got me my asking price in Sept, completed end of Nov, 2 bed flat. Didn't consider Ebay at all (didn't want to waste time putting loads of pics on, writing an amazing description, only to be charged £30 or whatever the fee was and get 3 views!)0
