I know many of you are aware of fraud by the above company, mostly done over xmas when we were all skint anyway. I was one of a number of people who contacted the police and as a result of this the man responsible has been arrested and charged, paypal are also a plaintetive in this case as they were also frauded.
However I received another email yesterday from the policewoman dealing with this case and she still wants more people to come forward who have had dealings with John Murphy and BIZITS.
I have copied the mail onto here for you to read and hope it will urge a few more people to come forward as the more people who are alleging fraud the better and money is being refunded.

Dear all,
I have an update in relation to the investigation, John Murphy was further arrested by myself on Monday 7th April for over 100 counts of fraud by false representation. I thank you all for your patience in this matter as unfortunately this sort of offence can take a while to investigate particularly when there are so many victims. He has fully admitted all of the offences and left Paypal with a vast debt due to refunding customers paypal will now be a complainant in this case. I’m sure you will all pleased to know that due to my investigation and actions Murphy will not be able to set up any future businesses. Murphy is now on police bail whilst the Crown Prosecution Service build their case and I will let you know nearer the time, of the impending court case dates. Although it is now unlikely that any of you will be required to attend as he has admitted the offences.
I would urge you all to spread the word via any forums you may be members of etc as I am conscious that there are a great deal of victims who have not contacted me, again I must stress that Paypal has refunded most of you and not MURPHY, the matters are therefore still crimes that he needs to be dealt with for.
If you still have not had a refund, I would urge you to contact Paypal again if you have not done so already or attempt the chargeback process, your bank will then in turn lodge a dispute with Paypal to reclaim the money.
Thank you all for your cooperation in this matter and I will update you all again once the financial investigation team have completed their necessary actions which include asset seizure etc.

Good luck, he cant get away with it and hopefully it will act as a deterrent to anyone else who is planning ripping people off this christmas.
