It was in store only mate. Also I think HMV had Wii with Wii Sports and you could get two games from the 2 for £30 range or 2 accessories. I don't think this would include the extra controller or the nunchuck but if ure about u could always ask.

I went out today to get a Wii for my boy, I have been into video games for about 20 years now , but was clueless when it came to the Wii!!

I worked out Zavvi was the best deal in MK £220 with 2 games of my choice instead of the poor games in the GAME and Woolworths bundles.

But my big shock was discovering I need to pay £45 for a 2nd controller. Is that right I need another remote £30 in Woolies and a nun thingy for £15?

So what are the best two games for a 5 and 8 year old boy? If I can choose any two?

Cheers for any advice from the Wii experts

    Hi Alex

If you get Wii Play as one of those games you get the standard controller with it.

There are some discount codes about at the moment. One on the front page of their website for 5% off and another one which you can find in the discount board (not allowed to post here sorry).

Don't forget to go via Rpoints or Quidco to get cashback too

I used both codes posted in THIS THRED

You have to do it through internet explorer though and not firefox the first code doesnt work in firefox

Also dont add anything else to your basket as the first code again doesnt work (I tried to get the Wii play also.

Go to https://www.dixons.co.uk find the wii with mario Kart at £114.98 and add it to the basket and check out, in the code box enter GAMES5 and hit update then enter AW5 in the codes box and again hit update, this should first give you the 5% discount then that £5 off and hey presto Wii with Mario Kart for under £200!

NB Codes only posted as someone posted them for me in the linked thred.
