MORE TH>N online system failure

Hi
Took out online Home Insurance Policy with MORE TH>N last week (5th April). Recieved a welcome and confirmation of purchase email.
Have just checked Bank statement and found no debit for the above purchase. Have spent considerable amount of time being passed from one department to another, only to be told that, MORE TH>N hold no record of this transaction. I am advised that there has been a system failure
Anyone who has purchased online with this company recently should check that they are insured!!!
Customer service was very poor, with statements like " If you don't recieve paperwork within 5 days this should alert you" (and if I'm on holiday) ???
and "if your house had burnt down the Insurance Ombudsman would have found in my favour":rotfl:
