How long does it take for them to hand out the money promised for using their service? Is it applied to your new supplier's account, or do they post it out? My switchover completed almost 3 weeks ago and I haven't had my money. They have also yet to respond to an email I sent midweek.

Anyone had experience at all? Energylinx have now left two emails unanswered and I'm concerned they've took their commission and don't care about customers.0

My switchover was at the end of May and I'm still waiting for my payment.
Did you get your payment CS? and if so how long did you eventually have to wait?
