    We have had an offer accepted on an ex council property in the South West. It appears red brick built but am suddenly panicking that it might be mundic block underneath!! Would the vendor/ agent have been obliged to tell us if this is the case. Would it have been advertised as cash only buyers? We are NOT cash buyers so this affects us!
