can i use windows live mail with freedom2surf?

Hi my dad has an email address with freedom2surf and i was wondering if he could access it through windows live mail?

I also would like to know how to import his address book to freedom2surf from outlook?

And my grandad has BT broadband but they told him there is no way of seeing how much he is using of his download limit does anyone know how to do this please?

If he could use it in Outlook, he can use it in Live Mail. There should be an "Import" menu option. Click on the icon to the right of the paintbrush and select "Show All Menus". Once that's done, go to Tools, Accounts and then Import. Follow the wizard. It should import the settings and messages.

Since it supports both POP3 and IMAP; yes, it will work with any mail client.

Cool thanks what i wanted to do because outlook won't work with a ntlworld client and freedom2surf is put the freedom2 surf through windows live mail as ntl will be cut off soon. So i will do that, what i was trying to do with address book is get it from outlook express to freedom2surf, i tried their import process but it came out as gobldygook??? x

AS a F2S user i can confirm W Live Mail works .
Though i prefer Thunderbird for daily use .
