New MBNA deals

I've an MBNA deal coming to an end in June and don't want to reapply for cards at the moment.
What kind of deals are they offering to existing customers?
Also, I'm checking online and the deal end date is June 2008...if I do nothing (apart from pay up), does it automatically come up with a new offer when I get to June?
