Help needed: Only recieved part of a prize

Hi,
I won an ipod & DVD from a Now Magazine Comp. The WEM said the prize will be sent by a marketing company and could take up to 28 days to come. I recieved the DVD this morning but not the ipod, is this normal practice? Should i email the marketing company or wait for the 28 days to see if the ipod turns up? Any advice would be great

hi i have had that happen to me but they did send the other part of the prize separate to the dvd i would wait till the 28 days are up and if you still aint got it then send them a freindly email

No advice really as I am a newbie to comping really, but I won £250 of appliances, and have received most, but waiting on the multicombi microwave/oven which is worth £100 of the £250, just keep emailing them and pestering them.... ive been waiting ages too lol

I would email them and just ask if they dispatched the wins together, or should you be expecting the ipod shortly. No doubt you will have to sign for delivery of this - best ask nicely first, there's no harm in emailing

I won a competition prize through nowmagazine a while back which was an ipod and dvd. The ipod came seperately to the dvd, think it was back in january that I won it and received it etc

it is a bit of a worry when it doesn't all arrive at the same time. It is brill when others have been there, done that and got the t-shirt.

I've even had an email from a PR company saying 'oh so & so will follow' & it turned up earlier than the other part of the prize

Do hang on for the 28 days & then a friendly email to say thanks for the DVD & do they have any idea when the iPod will be dispatched is definitely the way to go
