place to live

I had earlier out this in the travel section,

maybe it belongs here;

To find out where to move to, I was wondering, what areas are best to commute from, to get to Guildford at one end and high Wycombe on the other. We are looking for places in between, as one party works in Guildford and the other in High Wycombe

Thanks

    Do they both drive to work or will they use public transport?

    Hello,

    The person that works in High wycombe drives.
    While the one that works in Guildford mostly takes the train plus doesnt always work in Guildford, could work on client sites in the general Surrey area.

    thanks

    How about Wokingham? Say half an hour on the train to Guildford, and about the same to HW in good traffic - maybe up to an hour in rush hour.

    How about Weybridge? Direct train to Guildford IIRC and close to M25.

    thanks...had initially chosen wokingham, was hoping i could find somewhere better (commute wise). WEYBRIDGE is not very practical as getting to HIGH wycombe will b a bit of a hassle

    I think weybridge would actually be impossible to get to wycombe, you would be commuting all day long!
