Late payment on Virgin CC

Hi
I've stupidly mistimed my payment this month. It's my first mistake and I'm little afraid of losing my 0% deal. What I'd like to know before I ring their CS is whether anyone has had leniency from them in the past?
Thanks

They have been known to show leniency in the past for a first time offence! Bless.
I'll leave others to shout at you for not setting up a DD!
They may hit you with a charge which I'd take on the chin if I were you....For what I've done...I start again...And whatever pain may come ...Today this ends... I'm forgiving what I've done -AF since June 20070 -
Many people have lost their 0% deals through making a late/non-payment, though some have had theirs reinstated by calling the c/s depts and speaking to them nicely, rather than demanding.
If you don't succeed the first time, call again and speak to a different operator who may be more sympathetic.
Moral : Set up a DD for minimum payment and you'll never put yourself at risk again !0 -
