in Techie Stuff
the underneath of my laptop gets very hot and has now started making a loud clicking which stops when i pick it up. i use either on bed or on lap. is this a sign of overheating only statred few weeks ago. machine about 2 years old now. should i worry?

Are you blocking the fan outlet, with bedclothes etc?
Is the click coming from the fan or hard disk? If the latter, you should worry, and then backup.Ever get the feeling you are wasting your time? :rolleyes:0
