Using Amex to buy car insurance?

Got all my quotes off the comparison sites, does anyone know if any car insurance companies accept Amex as I'm still in my 5% cashback period and want to make the most of it!
Thanks!

Each provider's website will tell you their accepted payment methods. For example, from Churchill...
...we can accept payment from the following Credit or Debit cards in one lump sum: Visa, Access, MasterCard, American Express and Switch.

If you're making the most of it then find the cheapest sites on the comparison sites and then have a look at a few through the cashback websites like quidco.

    Definitely try quidco.
I got £120 cashback from a £150 policy which is a lot better than Amex cashback.

Cashback is not 100% guaranteed so do NOT buy a more expensive policy to get cashback.

I got £130 cashback through Quidco on a £180 policy - dead chuffed at £50 for a fully comp policy on an old Ford Fiesta!

The head gasket blew after 6 months - the repair was quoted at £350 rendering the old girl beyond economical repair (originally cost me £600 and I got 3 years cheap commuting from it).

On surrendering the certificate, I got £85 back - best part of 6 months insurance for "free" and £35 in my wallet...
