i just realised i paid too much tax during 2002-2003
is it too late to claim that back?
some website say you can claim upto 5 years, some say 6 and others 7.
i called up inland revenue and after 21min on hold i gave up.

Its definately 6 years.
I recently claimed a rebate for 06/07 and as I hadn't got my butt in gear since I first called them to enquire how to go about it I called again to ask how long I had, they said 6 years.:heart2: Love isn't finding someone you can live with. It's finding someone you can't live without :heart2:0 -
You can claim tax back up to 5 years and 10 months from the end of the tax year you want to make a claim.
So for 2002-03 the deadline for claiming is 31 January 2009.0
