Does anyone know if you can use PDA s on planes and what rules exist for thier use
eg can you connect to a wireless network or bluetooth ? probably not I presume
can you use it for general use ? for work or play

            Pretty sure you can use a PDA but it has to be off when you're taking off. If it's a phone / PDA then they don't let you use them, even in flight mode.0

            PDA should be fine in flight (not taking off or landing though), and I'd advise you switch off WiFi, Bluetooth, etc.0

            Worrying isn't it that PDA's, etc need to be turned off when landing/take off occur you think that all the electronic components on the plane would be better shielded from electronic interference which could be produced from such a low level source.             I use my Ipaq 2210 on flights - take off and landing excepted.0
