Historical movement and house insurance

We are looking for new insurance company as our own want us to fit deadlocks to external door and key operated locks on all windows. Windows ok but deadlock not for a number of reasons.

While phoning for new quotes have hit a problem that our house has " historical movement" and had 2 sureys for mortgage purposes in last 8 years and both stated there was no evidence of any further movement.

We have also had 3 claims in last 5 years so not looking good.

I seem to be hitting a brick wall, does anyone know of a company who deal with this sort of high risk policy , tried a search on a site that search a lot of companies and did not even get one quote either becasue of subsidance or claims history.
