I am about to receive US$5000, and a further US$5000 in a couple of months and I was wondering what do with it. I basically would like to:
Many Thanks

I basically would like to:
- Maintain the balance as US Dollars.
- Have access to the funds instantly.
- Have access to the funds via a debit card.
- Pay minimum charges or nil is possible.
Many Thanks

I have read on here that citbank will allow you to open an American Bank account in Dollars. The branch is registered to a New York branch address, so I would assume you put the dollars in that account when you open it, or pay in when you are in the States. I think you have to go to the London office to open the account. Have a search on the forum!
Bit of a weird post from bristolleedsfan...?0
