Single item insurance

I’m living in a rented shared house and want to insure a laptop and a musical instrument. Does anyone know of any companies that will insure these items without me actually having any other household insurance with them? i.e. I’m looking for the type of insurance that Endsleigh do for students, but I’m not a student. Cheers!
