energyhelpline.com mess up

I used this online service in February to switch my gas and electricity. On 10 April 2008 they wrote to tell me, in rather broken English, that they'd messed up and failed to put the transfers through. Why didn't they tell me earlier?

    Ask them to compensate you for the lost savings you would have made had they not failed to process your application.
