E-on

We have been fighting them since the begining of January. We switched suppliers after the amount they wanted to charge us for gas and electricity. They want £250 for G&E that we have already paid for? We have been through ofgem, but with not much luck as yet.

Has anyone Won against E-on, or shall we just throw the towel in and give in. As they won't admit they are wrong and have said they will take us toi court.

If you know you have paid them (and can prove it), then don't give in. Why should you?

Ask them to provide a full statement showing all energy supplied, and your payments received. Armed with this (which should end up showing you owing the £250), together with your proof that the £250 has been paid you will win any court case.
