Unfortunately at work and the nature of my job/and it being a college, there is no overtime, however, after my new diplomas are finished in 2 years I'll be qualified to teach so my salary will increase alot and I'll be able to pay more off my debts.
my friend works for an online text company and she has offered to sign me up to work for her. Even though its only 10p a text, I can't afford to go out on an evening so I can do a few hours.
I also have the test for AQA to complete this weekend and send back - but atleast I'll definately have a bit of extra income thanks to my friend.0 -

iI've been lurking on these forums for a while and I honestly can say if it wasn't for what I'd readon here that there IS a solution, I honestly think my head would be buried in the sand.
The only thing I'm worried about now is that my creditors will reject the CCCS offer. Then i'll be back to square one and I really don't think I could handle that.0 -
You're welcome, we too wouldn't have made any inroads into our debts if it wasn't for Martin & the good people on here. I can't really comment on the CCCS as we have so far not had to go down that route, but i'm sure that there are a few folks who will be able to advise you about that. I can't see how your creditors can reject your offer though as from your SOA you aren't paying out on any luxuries. I'd suggest reading this thread. It may save you some money if their paperwork is not in order.

Basically, if they can't produce a signed CCA, then you are under no obligation to pay as there there is no proof that the debt is yours. This is not usually the case for overdrafts, but is for loans and CreditCards.
Water wise - do you have a toilet hippo or similar to reduce the amount of water used? Some people fill a bottle with water and leave it in the cistern. After falling off the gambling wagon (twice): £33,600 (24,000+ 9,600) - Original CC Debt: £7,885.91
