CCs for withdrawing cash (lost article)

in Credit cards
I know I've read it somewhere on this site before so my question is probably answerable just by posting a link but, for the life of me, I can't find the guide to the best cards for withdrawing cash from.
On my Halifax card, I have found myself using it as an emergency cash source plenty of times - not only incurring the £3.00 cash advance charge but also a hefty interest rate. As I'm certain I'll end up using my next CC in the same manner, can anyone recommend me to a card with no/a low advance charge and low interest on cash balances?
Thanks.

Check out the Egg Money card (not the Egg card) on Egg.com that might be okay for you.
It will depend on the interest rate they offer you, which you won't know till you've applied though. Mine is 7.9%

I applied for this card 2 months ago and was hoping i'd get the 7.9%
but although i was accepted i was given the next rate up which is 16.9%
still a good card though ...
They don't charge for cash but interest starts from the day of the withdrawl.0 -

Alliance & Leicester VISA debit card - switch your current account to them and you'll get a free overdraft for the first year. It should work out cheaper than credit cards. Oh yeah, and if you switch with Quidco you'll get £50 cashback."A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0
