I would send them one more Email and tell them that will be the last time you use the site for purchases.

    OMG!!!!!
I got this reply today re my Asda shopping not receiving piggy points :

Rachel here. I just wanted to get back to you on the below. Laura and I double checked this and it would appear that the wrong Member ID was used initially when the account access was checked. Apologies for the inconvenience caused. The PiggyPoints due were 590 for your purchases but I have credited 800 to you anyway.
Again we're really sorry for the frustration caused to you - Laura especially sends her apologies!
If you have any other questions or comments, please let us know.
    Kind Regards,
    Rachel

So the moral of the story is: persistently moan and eventually they admit defeat!
Thanks BritBrat for encouraging me to 'ave a go' . :T

Hi everyone, I just got this on an email after having to send another email to piggy about missing points:

I have checked your account and this has been your eighth manual credit. As members who register with these partners are being included on the file and credited with their PiggyPoints we cannot continue to manually credit your account with PiggyPoints indefinitely when you are not on the file which we receive from our affiliate partner. For future reference please ensure you clear your cookies before registering or purchasing wit any of our partners. I have included the instructions on how to do this below:

I do regularly clear cookies etc. i found it q rude.

I think its that there system isnt up to the job. What does everyone else think?

I hope they are not going to stop manually added points if they dont appear themselves, if thats the case i goin to miss out on lots of precise points.

Also, as far as im aware, no where on the website does it say or warn - you must clear your cookies before each sign up to ensure points.

    Sorry for the moan!
