i have purchased a new electric toothbrush from boots with some toiletries seeing as i was ordering anyway, the cost came to about 54 quid, i entered the boots site via pigsback but couldnt see anywhere that it recognised that i had come through pigsback, my account isnt showing the points, which should be about 200, do i wait and see? I couldnt see anywhere on the site where they tell you that your points are pending or how long they take to come through via boots.0

General Questions
How do I contact Pigsback?
Email address; postmaster@pigsback.com
Email queries should be answered within 1 working day.
Phone Number: 0207 287 2408
How long does it usually take to receive points?
It depends on the retailer / sign up offer. It can be anywhere from 24 hours to a month. If you go to the retailer / sign up page on Pigsback there should be a list of Terms and Conditions at the bottom, which will tell you how long it will take for your Piggy Points to be credited. Also, when it states 14 day, for example, in the Term and Conditions, that normally mean 14 working days.

Can anyone help, or has anyone applied for the ISA and knows how long it takes to get the points?
Thanks in advance

Hi all
I emailed PB and asked them about the points, they've asked for a confirmation email. I don't remember getting one, just one saying taht the application was being considered and that I'd hear by post, which I did. The email I've deleted.
Did anyone else apply for an ISA, was there an email, and has anyone had the points yet?
Or, is there any other way that the PB staff will believe that I've done this, I've offered to send a copy of the scanned letter showing the account was opened.
I thought they kept tracks of who did what through their site?
Cheers all
