when it says earn 35pp per £1.00 ebay earn on your winning bid what does it mean as i spent over £125.00 on one item and only got 35pp

Thats weird, my layout changed for the first time today, and I now have an new email dated 16th april explaining the new layout. Wonder where its been since 16th, not on my layout thats for sure!
