Can bet on F1 or AMERICAN ploitics only

You could bet on The Apprentice yesterday. It doesn't seem to be there anymore, probably because the programme is on tonight. It will probably be back tomorrow, when you can bet on who will be fired next week.cool.gif

OMG, I've just checked my pigsback and after weeks of nothing I've finally got some CTs but then I checked the message in the inbox and they're reducing the referral points to 300! What's going on?! I've sort of half given up with pigsback because of the inconsistency of CTs but it's getting silly now!

Do they still give out birthday points or have they taken that away too?

I'm shocked! (sorry if this is old news o everyone, I haven't looked at the board for ages!)

I've just emailed them regarding their new referral system. As follows:

Yet again I feel let down by Pigsback.
I have one friend that I know definitely signed up properly using my referral email. He is saving up for a specific voucher and will not have accrued enough points by your change over date.
I will therefore lose out on points that were stated as Terms & Conditions when I did the actual referral. Disgusting behaviour towards your customers who actually stick by you when a large number of people I speak to are talking of quitting this site and going elsewhere.
When you do things like this I can totally understand their reasoning. I let it go when I was told I couldn't have my birthday points, even though others most definitely got theirs before and after my birthday of the 30th of April. Who signed up to it around the same time I attempted to. I wish I had complained harder at that time but I now feel simply that Pigsback doesn't care about it's loyal customers at all.
I'll state once more, I feel let down by Pigsback, VERY let down.
    Absolutely sincerely,
    Susan.

I know it'll do nothing but I just felt it really was the last straw. I'm with others who have mentioned quitting. If it doesn't improve drastically with customer service and value for visiting really fast, then I'm out of there! :(

Here's my response today, and I mean every word:

If what you say was true, then I would not be inconvenienced as I would not have signed up for this in the first place! This was definately advertised at the very end of March, and this is why I signed up (obviously I would have thought, thats what incentives are for arnt they?).

Anyway, I notcied that there was a discussion about your website over on the moneysavingexpert forums (to which you are a very popular name over there!) and there appears to be a lot of people in the same boat as me, all that confirm this WAS advertised at the end of March.

Ca you tell me what you can do about this? I have been a member for quite some time now and have lost faith; as have many, because contrary to what you advertise, earning points IS without a doubt becoming harder and harder to do, and since the value of redemption has increased it is even worse.

If you can get me a £7.99 CD-WOW voucher I will be happy for you to close my account and keep all extra points, including these 100 which I am owed, because it just really is'nt worth the bother now.

I have learnt from those on moneysavingexpert that your customer services is at a very poor level (to which your name crops up too!), but I am still with faith, albeit a small amount, and I hope that you can do something to help.

    I eagerly await your response.
