I have just logged onto my racecaller account and everything has been zeroed !
I had 9 wins last month and they have disappeared. I have looked on my details page and I have a very strange set up of my details and someone else's details , picture and email address. I have changed the pass word and contacted racecaller.I have cleared the cookies too.
Any suggestions ?

DeeBee, everything on Racecaller gets set reset at the start of each month. When you are logged in click on home then personal page and it should give you your page. Wins are about to be creditied in the next couple of days hopefully

I have been with racecaller a couple of months now and have recognised that the points start again. However, when I go to update my details I have someone elses photo and Email address on my account. There is no record of the races that I have bet on and I have no position in the league tables . ( this morning I was 53rd)
I have deleted the other persons photo and email address and put it back to mine.

It's very strange. Thank goodness it's only racecaller and not my Ebay acount or paypal :eek:
