reclaiming bank charges

if my bank has signed the waiver while this oft test is carried out (or whatever it is) can i still make a claim to reclaim my charges? i'm unsure:confused:

    Yes, it just means that once you file at court, your claim will be stayed pending the OFT test case, but at least it means your claim will be in the pipeline
  • Having spent most of yesterday reading Martin's site, I decided to be brave and have gone for it - I to am not sure if you can still register a claim, as I could not find a definitive answer (many of the posts seem to be dated 2007), so I have posted a letter to the bank today 11.04.08 using the template letters provided by MSE. I am expecting a letter back telling me I am too late to make a claim - am I?

    Regards to all those in the same boat.
