reclaiming bank charges

if my bank has signed the waiver while this oft test is carried out (or whatever it is) can i still make a claim to reclaim my charges? i'm unsure

Yes, it just means that once you file at court, your claim will be stayed pending the OFT test case, but at least it means your claim will be in the pipeline0

Having spent most of yesterday reading Martin's site, I decided to be brave and have gone for it - I to am not sure if you can still register a claim, as I could not find a definitive answer (many of the posts seem to be dated 2007), so I have posted a letter to the bank today 11.04.08 using the template letters provided by MSE. I am expecting a letter back telling me I am too late to make a claim - am I?
