Bathaholic on ebay - any experience?

I am kitting out two new bathrooms and having done a lot of shopping around, think that bathaholic on ebay provide the best value and service, as well as all the items i need. I just wanted to know if anyone has bought from them before, and how they have found the products - with sinks and pedestals at only £40 I want to make sure I'm getting quality as well as good value! thanks

    Hi,

We have bought a sink, waste bottle and a shower tray from them (after letting down by B&Q). Very pleased with their delivery and customer service (have spoken to them on the phone before and after the purchase.)

As for the quality of the items, since we have not installed them yet, we can't say for sure, but we have an inspection on the goods when we received them and they all look good.

I've bought a toilet and basin from them. Visited their premises to pick them up. They were ready and boxed and pleasant to deal with.

Have now just bought my cost effective porcelain tiles off them. They have been helpful and so far been very good customer wise.

My basin and loo cost me £130, by plumber told me that my basin cost £300 as he bought one. He took the details of the company off me.
GOOGLE it before you ask, you'll often save yourself a lot of time. ;)
  • Absolutely superb company, very honest, great service, huge warehouse attached so all items are ready to take away immediately! They even loaded up the car for us and made sure everything was safe and secure.

We spent some time in their showroom choosing the items we needed and we even changed our minds to get a couple of pieces that were better suited following their advice.... a superb knowledge base from a company that really shows they care and really knows what they are talking about - a very very rare find!

If you found them on eBay first, or elsewhere, it's just as easy to order via their website or visit in person like we have, as they are in Abingdon, Oxfordshire... we're going back to get the tiles we really want from them tomorrow as we realised it would cost us a third of the price of the other tiles we were planning to get from a big tile store and much nicer, much better looking, bigger (easier to put up!), and we really feel we're getting great service.

    Fantastic!
  • Just to resurrect an old thread....have just ordered 46m2 of porcelain floor tiles from them, having had a small sample sent for free and then a whole (60x60) tile couriered to us at very reasonable cost. Will report back once we receive the delivery but estimate they have probably saved us in the region of £1500. Found on eBay; ordered over the phone with very helpful and polite staff.

We bought our steel bath from them. Needed a specific size and the sheds wanted an arm and a leg. I was a bit concerned about quality as their price was so good in comparison, but thought that there wasn't much that could go wrong with a metal bath!
Service we received was great - delivered on time, well packaged etc. Would use them again.

What was the bath and how much was it?

    Cheers
