Hi Everyone,
the past 3months i have been late paying my virgin cc , only by one day, but have been charged 12 quid on each occasion, how do i go about trying to reclaim them?

I would call and ask them nicely.
The odds on a £12 charge coming back elsewhere are minimal, as £12 was agreed to be a fair and reasonable credit card charge for late payment..0 -

No it wasn't.
The OFT said it was a level at which they would not take action against Credit Card companies. They did not say this was a fair and reasonable level for the charge.0 -

So does that mean you can claim charges applied to credit cards taken out after June 06? Have cards with Egg, Citibank and BCard taken out since then (thankfully all paid off now, after a long hard struggle)
