I'm depressing myself this morning. We are so bloody skint I think I'm going to have to take money out of savings again to pay for the food shopping. Sometimes I wish at least one of us had a regular paye job. We both earn good money but seriously it's feast or famine. We last got paid in January and have a ton of outstanding invoices due to be paid. The trouble is, this is how the industry works, it takes forever to get paid and if we kick off too much we lose work. They all get paid eventually but sometimes it's 4 or 5 months on which makes working to a budget a nightmare.

I keep a lot of the savings tied up so I can't get to it, leaving a slush fund in regular easy access accounts but blimey even those are almost empty now.

Ok moan over, time to make a couple of 'pay us please' phone calls I think.

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.

Go Bunny, be mindful of burning your bridges entirely if you need a reference (or is there anyone there who isn't MR & Mrs Wickfit who could provide one if needed)but i would be inclined to tell the wuckfits exactly what i thought of them and their organisation (or lack of it!)

Go bunny, go bunny, go bunny!!!!!!!!!! <Maz does a wee cheerleader dance especially for you>

Explain to them that you have other creditors to pay and that they are affecting your business outgoings by not paying and can they sort it out, as it's affecting your goodwill with your creditors too.... maybe not strictly true but they won't care if you're skint and can't pay shopping but they might sort it if they think of it on a business level.
