Gemmzie - what are you studying - surely we can help on the missed lectures between us? Or point you to on line resources. Do you have a friend who will copy notes - we all did it as we were part timers and it was essential what with work, children and other things that got in the way. Most Universities have online recourses too.
The modules are "Anti-Discriminatory Practise" and "The Welfare State". It's the ADP bit I'm lost on, something to do with CPS or something (the initials might be the wrong way around). I've asked for notes, no-one has them electronically or is willing to photocopy and send them. The uni has nothing online for this.
The textbooks I have work on the assumption that you know the terminology so it's gobbly-de-gook.No longer using this account for new posts from 20130 -
afternoon all!!
just finished lunch - at 4.10pm!!!! Did 8-2 at work, then saw my doggy boy, then spent £14 in Somerfield (whoops) and came home.
Bunny - what can I say other than YOU GO GIRL!!! :T You are doing the right thing.
(erm, I also received a package from you - I'm guessing my feedback isn't quite so important now:rotfl: !!!!! And I can do you a different press release if you like - one for a huge Duck Race competition when you get your new job:j !!!)
My teaching course is going ahead. There are 3 of us booked on, but the existing tutors all have to qualify to a certain level so I think they are adding tutors to the course.
BLOODY HELL BUNNY:eek:  ...I've just seen the price of the cream - you didn't need to do that!!!!!!!!! Do you want it back a some kind of compensation or do you have a car full??!!!!!! (it does smell rather nice though!):D

I have just been insulted by a bl00dy chav!!!
His staffie dog ran out in front of my car and I had to slam the brakes on to avoid hitting it.
I wound my window down and shouted "that dog should be on a lead I nearly ran it over"!
He shouted back " Eff off you skinny witch"!
Now I am sure there is a complement in there somewhere:rotfl:
He though he looked so cool with a gold chain round his neck the size of a chain on a motorbike lock, together with the tracksuit bottoms tucked into his socks it was such a fetching combination. What a complete wuckfit.
Sorry, rant over:ABut these things take time, I know that I'm, the most inept that ever stepped.0 -
Don't worry Keren,
