What operating system? usually it is just a question of dragging and dropping if you want to get them onto your hard drive or double-clicking each file to open it to play in your media player software.
Do I want it? ......Do I need it? ......What would happen if I don't buy it??????

if they are mp3 files they are already ripped. browse to the files using explorer then copy and paste them.
