Orzo pasta (Greek/Turkish?)

Do you mean orzo shaped pasta or orzo (barley). For the pasta I do a yummy dish a bit like risotto - cook the pasta in a stock with mushrooms, bacon and brocolli then stir in lots of fresh parmesan. In fact may have that tomorrow as my son has been nattering for it and we have tons of mushies to use up!

I also add to soup and stews - there is a lovely Nigella recipe where you cook lamb in white wine than cook pasta in the stew for the last 10 mins - orzo would work really well there.

If you mean orzo barley then the only thing I can suggest is wheat bags as I hate it!
