Hi
Hope someone might be able to throw some lights on this.
My sister in law is having problems with her computer. Her wireless mouse needed new batteries the other day so she replaced them. Since she has replaced the batteries her keyboard seems to have locked. It will not work at all. She has tried restarting the computer. She also uninstalled the mouse and reinstalled it but it has made no difference. She doesnt know how to resolve it and I m not much help either. Has anyone got any idea what might be causing this and how she can resolve it.
Thanks in advance.

Is there a small button underneath the keyboard to link the keyboard to the wireless receiver?0

Normal to press a button on the wireless sender unit and at the same time one on the keyboard same for mouse so each work on the same channel . Button might be no more than a little hole or such to insert the tip of a pencil in .

Thanks guys
She did this and it worked very briefly but then locked again. She changed the batteries and connected again but after a minute it keeps locking. She also said when she tried to reinstall the mouse the install wizzard hung at 99%. Do you think this might be causing the problem or does she need a new keyboard.0
