If they are really going for the heart strings they'll feature some aesthetically appealing FTBs who can't get on the ladder but seem to want a decent house in a decent area straight away rather than making do with something smaller somewhere not so nice where everyone starts out. One of them will be a key worker or do charity work which they don't like to talk about.
ohoh it could be me am I on it, am a wannabe FTB although need to pay off debts and save deposit first so no rush, also want a house in a decent area, need 3 beds as have young children so schools are important and would rather rent in a good area than buy in a bad one. I also do charity work all be it only 2 hours a week, thats all grandma will look after the kids for, dont mind talking about it though.0
