Just had a letter today asking if I wanted a new Credit Card with a Typical APR rate of 59.0%.

We've had the Vanquis threads before - we know their rates are ridiculous.
Is it just me or is it just a coincidence that two Vanquis threads about exactly the same thing appear within minutes of each other?
