Bank Charges but only got 30pound!

:hello:

I have had a letter back from Abbey regarding my bank charges. I have asked for 120pounds back. They have been pleased to tell me that i will be refunded 30pounds. Because my partner has now lost this job, the full 120pounds would come in handy, but they stated in the letter that ' whilst i can see that your wage has decreased over recent months your outgoings do not exceed your income. As this is the case we are unable to refund any further charges unless it is our error'. Our outgoings do not exceed our income because we dont have an overdraft, as I have a very bad credit rating and am only allowed a current act with a cash card. Should i proceed to claim the rest?? Not sure what I should put in the letter. Can anyone please help???

Many thanks in advance
