I've been looking around for a while so sorry if it's already here and I've missed it.
I am looking for a calculator which will give me a fair indication of what it would cost to sell a house at £x and buy at £Y to include average Solicitors costs, Estate Agency fees etc. I've had no trouble finding the current stamp duty costs

You have to add agent sale commission yourself.
It's best you get a proper quote from your solicitor as they varies but the website should give you a rough indication.1
