Credit Card question

I bought a sofa on a credit card and its collapsed....fuss with supplier etc but my question is can i still claim off CC company if I have now cancelled the account I purchased the sofa on?

May I ask what is your CC issuer? If you say your account is closed then I would suspect you have paid off the balance. This makes it more difficult to claim the fund back as you should have done this before you've paid off the CC.0

Issuer is Tesco,
Bought sofa 1 1/2 years ago and as you say i've paid it off and closed the account but now I have problems with it.0
