Got 2 nice recipes - is it ok to post?

I've got two nice recipes - one for yummy breakfast cereal, the other for sticky ginger cake, but both are from magazines - one from Asda mag the other from Good Food mag. Need to know if it's ok to post them or are they covered by copyright?

I think the basic rule is to regard other people's copyright as written in the orange bar at the top of the page.
For recipes we usually find that
a) giving the source for the recipe is a good thing
b) a list of ingredients is fine
c) copying the method verbatim isn't fine.
As far as I know, no one can copyright a list of ingredients but they can copyright a cooking method (I'm pretty sure it was C_Q who cleared this one up for us). So if you could write the method in your own words, adding any tips or hints or changes that you find helps, then you should be OK.Hi, I'm a Board Guide on the Old Style and the Consumer Rights boards which means I'm a volunteer to help the boards run smoothly and can move and merge posts there.
