Is your daughter still in fulltime nonadvanced education? If so you will get ctc until her 20th birthday. Do you work or have a partner who works? If so you may get wtc with disability premium.
  • If your daughter is in advanced education (eg University) or has left education altogether you are supposed to notify TCO to stop CTC.
You will only receive WTC if you or your partner work and are on a low income. If you work 16+ hours p/w and receive DLA you have a higher threshold before your WTC would stop.
