Heya, Basically I planned for ages to move to spain and finally got myself into gear last year by putting my house on the market. I won't name names but my estate agents just seemed so unhelpful. I had viewings trampling through my house constantly and nothing ever came from them. I was beginnin to have a panic that I'd never get to spain and I'd be stuck here in the cold!!
Anyway, after browsing a bit I found a company called Decision homebuyers.
(decisionhomebuyers.co.uk)I got talkin to them and they gave me a valuation.The price they offered covered my mortgage and gave me some more to play with so I was pretty pleased and signed it over to them! It all went through in about three weeks.For me, it was the best option and I have my tickets booked for malaga in May!! ahh. Anyway.Just thought I'd pass this advice on coz it's such a good thing to do if you can't be doing with the hassle of estate agents.:D
