Suddenly we have a viewing!!

similar thing happened with us. I started badgering the EA to get us viewings etc, started ringing them every other day. then I emailed the manager saying I wasnt happy - no viewings, staff not wanting to speak to me, no one trying hard etc and wrote all the quotes he had given us in our report before it went on the market "we have people wanting your property" "we are confident it will sell quickly" and lo and behold had a viewing booked that day! I did laugh at the time and ask them if it was a real buyer and they were a bit offended oops. ah well!
I think that they have probably realised you are going to take your buisness somewhere else and so you are in the front of their minds when people come to ask about properties.0 -
you could always ask the 'viewers' if they are from the (give wrong name) agency.. and see how they respond.Long time away from MSE, been dealing real life stuff..
