Timeshare Resales

Has anybody dealt with a timeshare resale company called T-ONE (Timeshare Owners Network Europe) UK Ltd, https://www.t1online.net.

I've spoken to them and there are no upfront fees but I still feel a little uncomfortable as the projected selling price seems a touch ambitious.

Any advice or your experience with this company greatly appreciated.

  • I was cold called by this company who offered to sell my timeshare. (How did they know I owned a timeshare?) They explained that I did not pay any fees until a deposit had been made by purchaser of my week. I had a very reasonable offer within a month and a few days later a call to collect by debit/credit card £500+ . I waited for over 90 days before deciding I should contact them, only to be advised that the sale had fallen through and that they would 'hold' my money for up to a year pending a resale. I feel as though this will continue on elastic and that I will never realize a sale of my week or a refund of my charges of 500+. Can anyone prove me wrong?
