A bit confused..

Today I rang my bank with a query on my account, its a joint account with my husband and has been for about 2 years, his names on the statements, chequebook and online banking. Anyway I did the security checks with my passcode etc and got through to customer services, he put me on to another woman who went through some more security questions. She asked if I share the account with anyone and I said yes, my husband. Anyway after that she would not speak to me, was adamant it wasn't a joint account and nothing I said made any difference so I had to leave it.

I rang customer services back and explained what had happened and the lady there assured me that it was a joint account and both names were shoing on the account! I am now confused and don't know what on earth is going on!
