The box doesnt switch on. Powers & stays on red.

I suggest that you remove plug from wall and wait at least 30 seconds, and then reconnect. That should help.
Alternatively call 150 and speak to customer services. It does sometimes take a long time for the box to reset itself - depends on model.

If you're familiar with usenet there are lots of good Blueyonder forums that Virgin techs respond to. Other than that phoen them up, you rent your equipment from them so it won't cost anything to get it fixed or replaced if there's a problem with it.It's my problem, it's my problem
